Cafe Noriter
One of my fave hangout in Dumaguete City is Cafe Noriter. I like it here because of the foods, the coffee, the service and the fast internet connection. I downloaded songs and movies here and sometimes I did my overtime work in this small cafe. Three of my favorites that you can find at Cafe Noriter are Omurice, Kimchi and Hot cappuccino. I miss this place already.
