Pursuing a Career as Nurse Educator



Nurse Educators shape many nursing students’ lives in this planet and they are the guardians of the nursing profession’s standards. It is never an easy job but it can be the most fulfilling career any qualified registered nurse can pursue. The future nurses become the reflection of today’s nurse educators.      Flat Head Syndrome in babies became an after-effect of the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) prevention campaign “Back to Sleep,” launched in the USA. This campaign promoted babies sleeping on their back which led to a remarkable reduction of mortality due to sudden death among infants. Her family moved to Amsterdam in 1933, and she died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945. She wanted to live even after she dies and indeed she had lived even until today in people's hearts and mind even among people she never met.         I am one of those who has been deeply inspired by the courage and wisdom of this young girl. She was my role model and a vision in my teenage thoughts who pushed me to write without limits and unbound by rules.
